Hi, my name is Naomi Guenin. I accepted the Lord as my personal Savior at the age of 5. Since I accepted the Lord at an early age, I see how effective child evangelism is as well as child discipleship. I was a Summer Missionary for Child Evangelism Fellowship in 2003 when I was still in college. I graduated from Lancaster Bible College and have my Bachelors in Bible and Christian Education (2003). I am also a graduate of the Children Ministries Institute (CMI) in Warrenton, MO (2004). CMI is where I met my husband David. David and I were married in 2005 and we have 2 children, Gabriel and Julia.

I decided to work for CEF of Lancaster County for a year internship from 2004 to 2005. I enjoyed working for CEF so much that I wanted to go back to my hometown (Allentown, PA), start up Good News Clubs there, and teach children about the Lord. I have worked for CEF of PA and I ministered in Bucks, Carbon, Franklin-Fulton, Lancaster, Lehigh, Lycoming, Northampton, Montgomery, and Monroe Counties from (2004 to 2022).

In the most recent years I was the Teacher Trainer and then Summer Ministry Coordinator for CEF of the Greater Lehigh Valley. I have a passion to reach children for Christ and help them grow in their walk with Jesus. I have enjoyed teaching Teachers how to minister to children as well. In May 2021, my husband accepted the call to be the Senior Pastor at Moreland Baptist Church in Muncy, PA. Our family moved to Lycoming County and I worked with CEF of Lycoming County in 2022. The Lord was calling me out of CEF of Lycoming County as a paid missionary, however, I still volunteer with them. In January 2023, the Lord called me into working inside the church as the Children’s Ministries Coordinator at our church. I love working with children and investing in their lives. I look forward to seeing what the Lord is going to do because children are our future!
