What is Awana?
Awana is a children’s Bible club whose goal is to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. At Awana, your child will learn Bible stories, receive awards for scripture memorization, have loads of fun with team competition, and much more. The letters in the name Awana stand for “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed,” which comes from our key Bible verse:
2 Timothy 2:15 — “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.”
Awana is on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00.
Awana is divided into five age groups:
Puggles | Toddlers (2 years old by Sept.1) |
Cubbies | Pre-school (3 – 5 years) |
Sparks | K – 2nd Grade |
T&Ts | 3rd – 6th Grade |
L.I.T. | Jr./Sr. High |
What Will It Cost?
Nothing — No registration fee!
A clubber’s handbook and first uniform are provided free of charge.
